CADP Group Corporation, a 90 percent-owned subsidiary of Roxas Holdings, Inc., is one of the largest sugar corporations in the country. Strategically situated in Luzon and Visayas, the Group is the biggest raw sugar producer and the second biggest in refiner in the Philippines, taking up 19 percent and 20 percent of national production, respectively. A publicly-listed firm (trading symbol: CAC), it was established in October 1918 to become one of the biggest sugar mills in the Far East during the 1970s.

CADP Group declares cash dividend
On June 26, 2008, the board of CADP Group Corporation declared a cash dividend of P0.06 per share payable to all shareholders of the company as of 15 July 008. The cash dividend will be paid to on 31 July 2008.
